"WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE FAIRFIELD I THOUGHT I WAS GONING TO BE STAYING. I FOUND OUT THAT THE HOTEL HAD BEEN OVERBOOKED BY SIXTEEN ROOMS. I WASN'T AT ALL HAPPY WHEN I WAS RELOCATED TO THE WINDEMIERE. IT WAS UNCLEAN AND POORLY KEPT. IF I AM TO BE RELOCTED BECAUSE OF NO FAULT OF MY OWN THE ACCOMIDATIONS SHOULD BE AT THE FAIRFIELD LEVEL OF A HOTEL STAY. THE ROOM COST AT THE WINDIMIERE WAS PICKED UP BY FAIRFIELD HOTELS NEVER THE LESS IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT BECAUSE I AM NOT PAYING THE HOTEL SHOULD BE LACKING. I CAME PREPARED TO PAY AND ENJOY MY STAY IN SIRRA VISTA. SINCERELY, GRACIELA KIERNA"
